ALIAS ET ALIAS : The passionate union of two artistes « néo-baroques »
These artists/sculptors
have lived and worked in North Catalonia for more than 20 years.
Although they don’t like to be in the spotlight their
way of living and work doesn't go unnoticed. Deep reds and
ochres mix harmoniously on differents materials such as canvas
cardboard or wood, the aim being to depict their world, with style
and humour. The sculptures tackle only one theme "the
ego". It's hard not to recognise their signature in decorations,
a glass of wine at "le France" in Céret, a baguette
at "la Boulangerie" in LLupia, a hair cut at "Hair
Street" in Canet or a cocktail by the swimming pool in St Cyprien’s
camping "Cala Gogo". Their work will great you
with warmth all the year round. These two artists are known
and appreciated beyond the Pyrenées, their exhibitions have
always recieved excellent press revues and appreciation from
the general public !

noise, politics, plastic flowers, building estate, THT, men's mocassins,
women's tennis shoes, blind referees, medias, PSG, Anderlecht, the
bulldozers at spring time, ad for cars, nuclear plants, fruits after
the meal, acid rains, people who love to talk about themselves,
cabbage soup, opportunists, the so-called judges of others, the
telephone at 8H30 in the morning, the motorways, rivers pollution,
bad wine, uniforms, concrete, the world under survey, people just too
serious, veruca on the nose, mobile phones in restaurants, a boring
book, the pictures on TV magazines, small politicians who wear heels,
opening parties, PC computers, fashionable words and looks, extremists
of all kinds,...hate & war
